The light- coming from your phone or window!

Many studies show that blue light from our electronic devices such as phones can disturb our sleep. So, minimizing your mobile usage before bedtime is important for better sleep. Always keep your phone away from your bed when you’re going to sleep because experts say that even if you keep your phone on silent, the notification light can also wake a light sleeper.

It’s time to change your mattress

Mattresses are quite expensive, and if you’re in your 20’s or early 30’s there are chances that you may be using one from your college. A poor-quality mattress is also responsible for ruining your sleep. We recommend you to purchase a new one if you start to wake up feeling tired, even after 8 hours of sleep.

Your window curtains aren’t able to prevent light

If the sun rays wake you up in the morning, or streetlights are preventing you from falling asleep, it may be the time for you to invest in thin-slat wooden blinds or blackout curtains.

Your bedsheets aren’t so comfortable

You have probably never thought about it, but your bedsheets might also be disturbing your sleep. Always go for the fabric which feels best next to your skin. Having a good-quality bed sheet will also help you in having a better sleep at night.
