The job ad notes that two people are required so if you have a significant other who also wants to escape then you should apply. It is a short term position from April to October so you don’t have to give your whole life up. Electricity is limited on the island but you can charge some electronic items using a small wind turbine. Your job would include managing a number of small cottages, serving breakfast, running the coffee shop and cleaning out the chicken coops.
If you want the job though you will have to act fast as a recent update stated that over 24,000 people had now applied. This may make it slightly hard to get the position.
